Before you arrive
What to expect
Arrive 5 minutes early so you can settle in and enjoy your full hour. Each session runs about an hour, with unlimited rotations between the 198°F cedar sauna and the cold plunges.
What to bring
Swimwear is required. That’s the only thing you need to pack. We take care of the rest, and private showers are on site for before and after.
Good to know
A waiver is required for every guest and can be completed online before you arrive. We have a few age guidelines to keep the experience safe and calm for everyone.
Hours
Private rentals outside these hours are available on request.
