Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the facilities, website, bookings, and memberships of Avanto Park City (“Avanto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1612 W Ute Blvd, Suite 108B, Park City, UT 84098. By booking a session, purchasing a membership, or entering our facility, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Facility Use & Waiver

All guests must complete a liability waiver before their first session. You agree to follow all posted rules and the instructions of our staff at all times. Our team may modify session flow, temperatures, or access as needed for guest safety and comfort.

Health & Safety / Assumption of Risk

Contrast therapy involves exposure to extreme heat and cold. A cedar dry sauna heated to roughly 198°F and cold plunges as low as 40°F. These experiences carry inherent risks. You should consult a physician before participating if you are pregnant, have heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, respiratory conditions, or any other medical concern.

Do not use our facilities under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for listening to your body, staying hydrated, and exiting the heat or cold if you feel unwell. If you have any doubt about whether contrast therapy is right for you, seek medical advice first.

Age Policy

Guests under 14 are not permitted, except in special circumstances arranged in advance with us. Guests aged 14–17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and have a completed parental-consent waiver. You must be 18 or older to book a session or hold a membership.

Dress Code

Swimwear is mandatory in all communal spaces. Please arrive prepared, or bring appropriate swimwear with you. Towels are provided.

Bookings & Cancellations

For individual appointments, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancel more than 24 hours before your session: full refund.
• Cancel within 24 hours of your session: a $10 cancellation fee.
• Cancel within 1 hour of your session: no refund.
• No-shows are charged a $20 fee.

Memberships

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Month-to-month memberships may be canceled anytime before your next billing cycle with no cancellation fee. When you cancel, your access continues through the remainder of the paid period, after which billing stops. A 12-month membership is purchased at a discounted monthly rate in exchange for a twelve-month term; it continues for that term and then renews month-to-month unless canceled, and the discounted rate is not available on a month-to-month basis. We do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for membership periods already billed. Reactivating a canceled membership is free.

Private Rentals

The facility may be reserved for private groups at the following rates:

• 1 hour: $300
• 2 and 3 hours: available on request; call for pricing

Private rentals accommodate up to 8 guests. Additional guests are $20 each.

Conduct

We want every guest to feel calm and safe. We reserve the right to refuse service to, or remove, anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of these terms or posted rules, without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avanto Park City and its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your use of our facilities or services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Your use of the sauna, cold plunges, and facilities is voluntary and at your own risk, as acknowledged in your signed waiver.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our services after any change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Utah.
